Workouts include strength training modalities such as dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, and more. Metabolic Resistance Training burns more fat and calories after the workout is over, in some cases up to 36 hours after one workout. 

CARdio/CONDITIONING

METABOLIC conditioning

Metabolic conditioning is the method of combining specific exercises in a particular order with a variety of rep ranges and exercise durations to activate muscle groups for fast results.
