What if I am not in shape and haven't worked out in years?

Boot camp is for people of all shapes, sizes and ages. If you are out of shape, that is the precise reason you want to join. You will be able to train at a pace that is appropriate to your fitness level. 

How much is it to become a member after the free trial?

Prices vary depending upon how often you want to attend and for how long. We will send you rates after the free trial. No pressure, no risk.

Can I use the gym (Extreme Studio Performance) during non-boot camp times?

Yes! You will have a full membership and can use the gym and the locker room facilities.

Can I shower at the gym after boot camp?

Yes! You will have a full membership and can use the gym and the locker room facilities.

What is the workout like?

Doug Rice is one of the most experienced boot camp instructors in all of DFW. He designed each workout to include both strength/resistance training and cardio/conditioning moves. It is a full body workout that burns lots of calories and firms and tones your body.

How often do I need to attend?

You can come to all 4 workouts every week, but 2-3 times a week should be your minimum goal to get the fastest results.

Do I have to sign a long term contract to be a member?

No, you can cancel your membership at any time. There are no long term contracts.
